Repertoire
We have one of the most extensive repertoire selections of any string quartet in Michigan. The first few categories below are suggestions of commonly used pieces for each portion of a wedding ceremony. Following that is a complete list that you are welcome to choose from. We can accommodate special requests (up to three selections outside of our existing repertoire per event). Contact us if you are looking for music not listed here. We may already have it, or be able to purchase or arrange it for a fee.
A “standard” wedding ceremony includes music for each of these elements:
Prelude music – 15 minutes of music
Wedding party (parents, bridesmaids,groomsmen,flower girls/etc. – one music selection
Bridal procession – one music selection
Unity ceremony – one music selection
Recessional – one music selection
Postlude- up to 10 minutes of music
